Holding Space Training

Holding Space Training is a process where your partner and you intentionally explore communication with interrupting one another in a light and playful manner.

To begin, sit with your partner and face one another. Your knees can be touching or there can be a few inches between you. This is a verbal practice you do together while listening and responding to the guided audio.

Next, decide who’s going to begin sharing first. This person will be Partner A. Partner B will be experimenting with holding space first and then you'll switch.

The audio will guide you through sharing and listening with one another and then switching.
