Immediately after the session you'll be emailed the option to pay via Venmo, PayPal, or by credit card.

Your payment includes:

  1. The full session time (it’s not based on a therapy hour, which is generally 50 minutes)

  2. An email right after our session with curated guided audios, practices, exercises, resources, and considerations

  3. A check-in email you’ll both receive four days later for accountability and support
