Heal Within The Stone Hearth of Your Relationship for Fire and Light

You.

Me.

What do we know about supporting long term relationships to thrive, to flourish...

To experience the fullness of being human...

To explore the richness, depth, passion, and connection of being alive?

We know the excitement of getting to know one another in the beginning...

The desire burning, the intimacy igniting...

The chemistry of getting to know someone new and the sensations of being seen anew.

About eighteen months in, our bodyminds begin to normalize, to stabilize.

Our primal pieces begin to recognize our partner as permanent.

On one side of the coin there comes a sense of permanency with safety and an opportunity to heal.

On the other side lies fears of abandonment and fears of being engulfed.

Have you experienced this?

This is a time when a lot of people end relationships believing their partner isn’t the right fit.

In truth, this can be the end of the first chapter of your relationship with a page-turn to the next chapter, one of self-discovery and growth.

Each of us bring an inner child, our inner biology, our ancestral lineages, our hearts, our genitals, our inner judge and critic, our primal brain, our stories, our karma, our spiritual path, and often a lot of emotional baggage from the past to our relationship.

It’s after this initial year and a half or so when we can claim an opportunity to settle into our relationship, establish a ring of stones to set the hearth, and step into a space to heal our hearts, minds, and bodies with love and compassion, support and care.

When we have sexual chemistry, shared values and goals, and are working on our conflict resolution skills, we need to know how to shift from autopilot and protection to vulnerability and curiousity about ourselves and our partner.

From there, we can create a healthy relationship with a safe and supportive connection.

Within and in love.

This is the vibrancy of life.

Feeling you in it,
Daniela
